We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post with standard tracked delivery. Every bottle is securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Return Policy

We’re passionate about the quality of our tonic syrup and stand behind every batch. As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal taste.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out swiftly.
